Estevez Services Group (ESG) was established in 2019 in Panama City Beach as one of Florida’s State-Certified General Contractors. You will benefit from choosing a company managed by an Army veteran whose personal core values are exemplified throughout our company’s operations. Our performance surpasses industry standards and we build with the intention of surpassing our client’s expectations within safety, quality, functionality, and design. Our Leadership
ESG’s leadership team is a dynamic group of individuals, united in their dedication to earning the trust of our team members, clients, and business partners. Collectively, they guide us towards achieving our shared vision of elevating the business of construction. The management team is dedicated to using the latest technology available to support efficiencies and add value to each project. They are purposeful in how they “lead by example” and are constantly developing their team to rise to the daily challenges.
Rickie Estevez
Founder & CEO
Ricardo Estevez is ESG’s licensed General Contractor and along with his wife Leslie, co-founded the organization with a purpose of providing the very best quality in construction services. Ricardo holds an MBA from Florida International University and is a US Army Veteran. He emigrated to the US as a young child when his parents moved from his native Dominican Republic to Florida. Ricardo is fully bi-lingual and leans on cultural diversity to connect with people from all over the world. His love of construction began early in his life and has a passion for building everything. One of his biggest skillsets he uses daily is his ability to build relationships and be inclusive with all he does. A natural networker with an accommodating spirit he has built a solid foundation of business partners, skilled tradesmen and professionals who he leads to accomplish projects of all sizes and scopes. With each project he focuses on process, detail and ultimately a great customer experience to finish within budget and on-time. He credits his drive for perfection and work ethic to his father who recently retired (involuntarily) at the young age of 81. As Ricardo tells everyone he meets: my father is the ultimate definition of “grind” and he taught us well. When Ricardo is not managing ESG and the various construction projects; he dedicates his time to his three children, being a great cheer dad, traveling, scuba-diving and putting miles on his road bike.
Leslie Estevez
COO
Leslie is the COO and co-owner of Estevez Services Group, LLC, where her commitment to honesty and strong work ethic drives her success. As an entrepreneur with a keen eye for interior design, she takes pride in helping clients bring their dream homes to life.
Growing up in South Florida, Leslie relocated to the panhandle to support the rebuild efforts following Hurricane Michael’s devastation. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her three kids and a host of furry, scaly, and feathered pets. Her favorite activities include gardening, traveling, working out, and relaxing on the beach.
